The QP cockpit: batch-release evidence for controlled-substance importers
Every batch of medical cannabis entering the EU must be certified by a named Qualified Person. VERDEFY assembles the evidence, runs deterministic checks against the specification, Ph. Eur. 3028 (cannabis flower) and the permits, flags what is wrong, and hands the QP a release file to sign. It never issues a verdict.
