These terms are being prepared with counsel before the first customer agreement. Until they are published here, nothing on this page forms a contract, and the agreement you sign is the one that governs your use of VERDEFY.

If you need the terms before they are published — for a procurement review, or to put VERDEFY in front of your own quality department — contact us and you will get the current draft position in writing from a person.
